The Big News!! 😊

I am soooo happy to be back with another blog for you all. I'm not going to lie, these past few months I have surely been M.I.A., but, it's been for good reasons. I have had a lot of cool things happening in my life over the past few months and today I'm excited to share with you guys the biggest and best news that I received earlier this year in February. I totally understand if watching the video just isn't in the cards for you right now. So, I'll just go ahead and say it here - I'M PREGNANT WITH BABY #2!!!!

Here is a quick recap of how it all came about....

Last November, Dwayne and I were talking about how Chase was quickly approaching turning 1 and how fast time flies when having fun with a baby! We felt like his newborn stage and first 12 months were going to be over so quickly, and it made us think - could we do this all over again? We eventually began to entertain the idea of having another baby and when the right time would be. I even came to IG and did a poll about when the best time to have a second baby would be and here are some of the answers I received. (Names are blocked out for privacy.)

After reading all of these responses, Dwayne and I couldn't do anything but laugh. lol Why? Because, all of the answers were so different! It was clear to us that the right time for another baby is honestly when you (and God) feel it is the right time. So, we just decided to let the idea go for a while and determined that when it was time to happen, it would happen. Simple as that.

So now it's January 2022, heading into February, and Dwayne and I both agreed that any new pregnancy this year would be fair game. We just agreed that if it happened, it happened - and we would be happy about it.

Valentine's Day finally comes around and as many of you might of guessed due to our November due date, we had a great weekend together. Hahaha. 😂

Next thing you know, at the end of February, we found out we were pregnant! I guess God said it was time. lol

For now, that's all I have to share but coming soon I will be sharing my weekly pregnancy symptoms, feelings, emotions, all that good stuff. So stay tuned for more blogs and vlogs soon and as always, thanks for reading!
